
The traditional Filipino dish known as kare-kare is sikat sa malasa or malapot na sarsa nito na may peanuts or mani. Kadalasan, ang kare-kare ay gawa sa buntot ng baka, but it’s also gamitan ng bulalo or cow shank. The most traditional types of kare-kare include beef tripe and gulay gaya ng sitaw, pechay, and talong. Karaniwang may kasamang bagoong ang kare-kare.
